About the Author: Joseph Tsiyoni, a professional auditor, analyst and inventor, is the author of sixteen professional books. He came to the U.S. with less than 300-word vocabulary, despite his college education and high level positions he held in Israel, such as IRS Human Resources Director and Chief Internal Auditor, Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and SSA.
Mr. Tsiyoni received his B.A. Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Int'l. Relations & Law studies from the Hebrew University, adding Financial Accounting studies in the University of Phoenix. From 1978 to 1986, Mr. Tsiyoni served as president of three internal audit associations, such as president, Federal Association of Internal Auditors; each position for three consecutive terms. He also served 11 years as chairman and member an Israeli federal hiring committee, and a Israeli Federal Efficiency and Innovations Committee. He had received several cash awards and certificates of merit for submitting more than 25 suggestions for innovations and improvements.
During his professional work, which included the State of Arizona, he had saved his employers millions of dollars. At the same time, in addition to the books, he developed dozens of patents &, copyrights applications, dozens of manuals, and thousands pages of complicated procedures. These included Arizona revenue taxes; for which he had received performance award for saving thousands.
Since 1984, Mr. Tsiyoni has been developing and manufacturing new inventions, writing books, and importing dental supplies.
His desire to learn English quickly led him to use the 'self-study' method, by adding grammar rules to notes he began writing back in Israel. Putting his extraordinary experience in technical writing and analysis, he authored this magnificent grammar book "for all" users.
