Victoria is a native of Connecticut. In 1981, she co-founded Training ‘n’ Technology, Inc., with her husband, James M. McCarron. The Tempe Chamber of Commerce named Victoria, who describes herself as a “chronic volunteer”, Business Woman of the Year in 1996 and Volunteer of the Year in 1998.
