Larry Nusbaum - Real Estate and Stock Investor In 2000, Larry Nusbaum relocated to Scottsdale with his wife and daughter after 23 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a former Wall Street SVP/investment banker, Commercial banker and Real Estate lender. He earned a C.F.P. in 1990 and an M.B.A. in 1994. Larry has been an avid real estate investor since 1988 and is an active real estate agent with Windermere Sonoran Properties: dealing primarily in strip shop centers, office condos and buildings and multi-family apartment buildings in the $1 million to $8 million range, in Maricopa County. Larry also serves on the Board of Advisors for Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine and is an active member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors.
